To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:
• Company: When this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Hypedstreetgear which is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
• Customer: refers to the company, organization, or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
• Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.
• Service: refers to the service provided by Hypedstreetgear as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
• Website: Hypedstreetgear’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.hypedstreetgear.co.za
• You: a person or entity that is registered with Hypedstreetgear to use the Services.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Hypedstreetgear. We appreciate the fact that you are interested in the products we source. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Hypedstreetgear. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Hypedstreetgear, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Hypedstreetgear’s Privacy Policy
To initiate a Return kindly send an email to returns@hypedstreetgear.co.za .
Subject : Order Number
In order for us to effectively process the return kindly send us the issue/reason for the return. Please attach any images that will assist us with processing your return.
Returns
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you believe the product may be defective, you have 5 Working days to request a refund and return your item. If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the following guidelines:
We require you to ship the product back to us for our team to inspect. Upon inspection the team will look for the factors below:
To be eligible for a return your item must be :
- New,
And
- Unused,
And
- Products must be in original packaging.
And
- All Tags (Product and authentication tags should be intact)
No refunds will be issued in the following case :
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Should you feel your product is defective, kindly do not cut off the tags as we will not be able to differentiate between our product and a replacement product. If the tags are cut the returns request will be immediately rejected.
If products display a sign of wear on the under sole, inside the product, and in the general look of the product, the return request will be rejected.
Kindly allow between 2 to 3 working days for this process to take place.
Refunds
At Hypedstreetgear we commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, and packaged with utmost care.
When a refund is issued in terms of a “return”, only when the return has been approved by passing all of our checks will it be processed.
Payments are not immediate and will take 2 to 3 working days to reflect in your account. We will forward proof of payment to you once the payment has been released.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Hypedstreetgear will be liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation until it has been delivered to you.
We will inspect your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Shipping
Hypedstreetgear is not responsible for return shipping costs. Should the return/exchange be valid we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Hypedstreetgear may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re sourcing them as fast as we can. Hypedstreetgear reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Hypedstreetgear confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Hypedstreetgear will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Deposits & Lay Bye’s
When a deposit or a layby is received it is received under special consideration and therefore should you not complete your order, you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellation of orders
Should you cancel your order within three days of placing it, we will need to implement our cancellation penalty of 10%. When the order was placed customs shipping and delivery fees have all been paid.
Lost orders
Should your order not arrive with in 45 days we will issue a full refund to you.
Exchanges:
We do accept exchanges if you have selected the incorrect size.
We have restocking fees that apply:
- Sneakers: R2000,00
- All clothing and Accessories: R500,00
